Everything is made to order by our print partner, Printful. Production takes 2–7 business days, then transit is usually 3–5 business days in the US. Plan on about two weeks door to door, and give yourself three for personalized pieces so there is time to approve a proof.

Not yet. If your date is close, tell us on the Custom Order form and we will tell you honestly whether it can make it.

Shipping is the real carrier cost for your order, shown at checkout, with no markup. It depends on what you order and where it is going.

Usually, but not always — Printful makes different products in different places, so a tee and a framed print may arrive in separate packages a day or two apart.

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost. Misprints, defects and damage in transit are on us.

Because every piece is printed just for you, we can't take back items for a change of mind or a wrong size chosen at checkout. Please check the size notes before you order — we're happy to help you choose.

We send a proof before anything personalized is printed. Once you approve it, the spelling and date are final — so read it twice.

The Bride and Bride Tribe tees are a women's relaxed fit (Bella + Canvas 6400) — roomy, not boxy. The Maid of Honor tee is a cropped, boxy cut. The I Do Crew tank is fitted micro-rib; size up if you are between sizes.

Yes, slightly — 2XL and 3XL blanks cost more to make, and the price in the size picker shows the difference.

Inside out, cold water, gentle cycle, hang to dry or tumble low. No ironing over the print. Mugs and glasses: hand-washing keeps the print bright longest.

Yes — on the welcome sign, save-the-date, guest book, pillow, throw, ornament, candle and glassware. Use the Custom Order page and we will send a proof by e-mail.

Often, yes. Tell us your colors on the Custom Order form; our florals can shift toward blush, sage, dusty blue or terracotta.
